Not Coley's style to change too much though.

True. Suppose difference with being away on international duty and being suspended is not training with team over that period.

Conneely your having a laugh not good enough the crab I'm sure 28 will tell us otherwise

I'd also much rather have Seamus as a captain on the field than Sean.

Sean is a wind up merchant and does that best whilst not having to talk to the ref every 5 minutes doing his captain duties....

I'm actually a big fan of Conneely.
Saturday's game showed how much we missed him.
Too big a gap between midfield and defence.

Not the most exciting player, not the most technically blessed.
But he does a job and does it well.

What it is Josh if certain people would engage gear before spouting their hatred, its not the person its the role.
You're bang on the money.
We need a defensively minded midfielder who can sit in do the dirty job then offload to the more talented players.
If its not Conneely and Brown then find someone in the squad to fit because its a gaping hole.

Couldn't agree more.
Finley could probably do a job there.
To be fair surprised how advanced he's been playing this season.

We've missed Seamus this season. I dont think he's been fully fit for a while and it shows.

If Scotty does his job he's often out of position because he's a busy sausage thats up n down all over. He's our Last Action Hero

If Barlaser does the job he's out of position because he wants to do too much with the ball. He's capable but losing the ball there puts it straight onto the back four

Conneely gets the ball and lays it off. Its simple, its effective, its none too pleasing on the eye. Luke Joyce did it well and wasnt appreciated. Procter did it exceedingly well tbf. A holding midfielder just keeps the play ticking over and gives it to the playmakers to make the play

You’re no friend of mine never will be.
