After last week's maxi-fest, the Gas provided slim pickings (no, not Slim Pickens :D) for our players, with just 7 perched precariously on the fence to enjoy our 10-man fightback :). But none of them were in with a chance of getting the score right after 63 minutes :rolleyes:, so had to settle for the basic 3 points for the right result. This magnificent 7 :D included our joint leaders Outback Ozzy and Revived Red, now 3 points clear of pointless Valairian and Nige B; Kiwi John and MikeA who moved from 14= to 9= (joining pointless Taypot and Ossy Kid at the bottom of a Top Ten that's actually got 12 in it :confused:); AccyMad and Smudgie moving up from 21= and 23= to 15th and 16th; and Football19, up from 28= to 24th.

6 more of you got a point for thinking someone would score 3 :), but this had little real impact on the table. An interesting anomaly here saw Tommy McQueen's point improve his position from 21= to 18= without overtaking anybody and whilst being overtaken by Smudgie, therefore leaving him one place lower in the listing - well I found it interesting anyway :o.

So it's roll on (again) the Black Pussycats, and we'll be seeking our revenge for the Caraboa defeat without the help of our captain or vice-captain :eek:. Should make things tricky, but we are Stanley ……
