Savins gone on loan

To Staleybridge Celtic, think thats a damn good thing, the lad looks very promising to me, and this will do him a power of good.:)

Stalybridge are currently sixth but, with a better goal difference, could be third!
Hope the lad can help improve things for them.
Good luck to him.

Glad he’s hopefully going to be getting game time.
Feel as though he could comfortably play at National League level currently so surprised he’s gone to Northern Premier Division.
9 players out on loan getting experience with men’s football which is excellent.
Done Ogle the world of good playing for Southport.
Back 5 could soon be Savin, Perritt, Sykes, Mohammed, Ogle.

Futures bright.

Josh;

There have been NL enquiries but the travelling; even in the North is horrendous!!

Kings Lynn and Brackley on a Tuesday night; not for the faint hearted!!

agree about the travelling. its about where the club see his development at now. if they see him as a possible 1st teamer next season then there would be sense to send him on loan to get used to travelling long distances as he would have to do with stanley. if they see him as a longer term developer then stalybridge seems fine.

Does the expense of travel fall on these young uns, who are supposedly earning peanuts football wise? if so i can see a valid reason for passing that league by.

Major difference between NL clubs and EFL clubs logistics/ travel plans.

We pay thousand/ Champ and PL clubs pay tens of thousands!

NL clubs pay naff all!! No overnights, no proper preparation. #wingit

Daggers to Chorley on the day.

When the roads or trains have issues the away team doesn't arrive!!

Suspect in NLN and NLS it's even worse!!
