I haven't looked but I think that "Murder She Wrote" is still on on Saturday afternoons Cashy. It's not quite as exciting as football but you will be able to shout "What a load of rubbish" at the telly to keep in practice for when football starts again.

What is it with organisations that think they know better than experts? Why ignore government advice?

They should be playing as many games as possible now and then stop when we have to.

Cashy —- murder she wrote is rubbish. You can borrow my box sets of Minder if you like.

Personally, it works out fine for me! I was due to miss both the Doncaster and Coventry home games coz the missus decided we should venture off to bonny Scotland (caravanning and it is still OK to go). So as I will be back before the 3rd April, then i will get to see all 5 home games, assuming they get played. However, I have also heard they may just say thats it, season over, so we get that 3rd season in League 1, though not sure about promotion and relegation places. I'll leave that to the brass in EFL HQ

No STANLEY footy to get up for. :( ...life is over... and there's talk of cancelling the entire 'A' league season, just as my Wellington Phoenix were threatening to win the dam thing, but thats the kind of thing our Australian neighbours would do and blame it on the virus... ****** OFF CORONA.

Big question here depending on how long the enforced break lasts will the crowds be the same or will people lose the habit after watching football for 50 years I odly found yesterday quite enjoyable went out for a drink with the misses and friends and lo and behold no football on screens anywhere people talking to one another pubs full just a thought.

Once they close the pubs you’ll be dreaming of getting back to Whambley.;)

can shut em all down for good for me. if they do though i,ll imagine there will be much more moaning and groaning that there has been about stopping pro football for a few weeks. the self styled experts will be out in force telling all and sundry the reasons for not closing them.

The season won't finish anyone who thinks it will start again on April 3rd are in cloud Cuckoo land, football,s chiefs in a meeting later this week and personally think that they will close it down untill further notice what happens with winners promotion and relegation is probably their worst nightmare with clubs firing law suits at them but this virus thing is very unpredictable and government all ready talking about isolation of the over 70,s. Football I,m afraid as much as I love it is way down on my priorities.

I actually go into hibernation in closed season, absolutely hate it - no time for summer, it's nothing but cricket & wasps

Yes, all that - except I don't mind tennis, especially Wimbledon - I have a soft spot for that tournament
