Feel sorry for Toby, but agree with your line up Andy :)

Tough game today, but I think we could edge it...

Re: Blackpool match

Strange league this season Wigan beat us, Rochdale then hammer Wigan, we beat Gillingham who are now 3-0 up at half time at Rochdale.

Re: Blackpool match

Just one change Sykes replaces Sama on bench.

Pitch looks heavy with all that rain.

Re: Blackpool match

Decent first half, ref seems a little flaky & don't want to judge too quickly but I think I prefer Toby in the nets, Baxter's making me a tad nervous at times

Re: Blackpool match

Think if its still 0-0 i would put Ross on for last 15 mins always chance of him getting a goal, reckon Blackpool have been bit more dangerous today. good game though both sides doing well.

Re: Blackpool match

Did anyone notice when they hit the post the liner was flagging a foul Dan and Brett missed it as did the ref I think, two teams pretty evenly matched not much to get excited about.

Re: Blackpool match

that ref is one of the worst i have seen just done us a favour by not letting pool play on but hes useless.

Yeah, I called him flaky at half time but I've upgraded that assessment to totally inept

Re: Blackpool match

Really enjoyed that game, certainly not a bore-bore draw - well played lads in very difficult conditions

Re: Blackpool match

Could say a point gained but a bit disappointed that nobody got on the end of 3 teasing good crosses that zipped across the Blackpool goalmouth but both sides played some decent stuff in difficult conditions.

Great display for league 1 football, end to end and could have gone either way.
Good result for me.

Re: Blackpool match

Mark Hughes was absolutely outstanding, as was Seamus!
Cracking game of football, end to end. Some absolutely awful refereeing and Lino decisions.

Re: Blackpool match

Despite the ref (he wasn't the worst we've had to endure) both teams gave us a great show today, but I thought Stanley just shaded it on chances created.

Just watched the game having “taped” it yesterday.
Captain outstanding.

Yes Seamus played very well they all did, but and he isn't a favourite I don't have them, Rodgers who isn't best suited going forward to the wingback role, in defence I lost count of how many headers he won in the congested penalty area against a dangerous Blackpool side becoming an unsung hero at the back.

Re: Blackpool match

Contrary to popular belief I don't have favourites.
Let the feet do the talkin.

Re: Blackpool match

would have taken a point at 3pm. two goods sides who should be up there at the end of the season. pity the ref was of a lower standard than the teams on the field. on the whole referees seemed to be better this season without crowds but there is always someone to break the rule.
