If I’d finished work earlier, remembered that we were playing on Wednesday, and that today is Wednesday, I might have remembered to post a prediction

Realists In Complete Control of the Podium

Wednesday was one of those rare occasions where more of us predict a loss than a win :( – which may become more common as the tricky end to the season starts to unwind. Our top 3 places are now held by people who took 3 points :):):), with Outback Ozzy and StanleyJosh maintaining their socially distanced one two, seven points apart, and Valairian moving into an unchallenged 3rd spot two points further back. The rest of Saturday’s Top Ten stayed loyal to the cause so dropped back , with 4 point :):):):) Taypot taking advantage to squeeze onto the elite table at the expense of TomD.

4 points also went to LongLostSon, up from 25th to 23rd, and the only maxis :):):):):) fell to StevieR, allowing him to hand over his “last of the 27 regulars” jersey to Revived Red :D, and Ange B, who moved up from 21st to 15th. The three others taking a profit from Stanley’s woes were StanleyHouse (19th to 16th), Nige B (20th to 17th) and Tommy McQueen (24th to 22nd). The only other point went to Ossy Kid, who predicted a 0-0 draw and was half right. This got him above the absent Div3North , but still saw him dropping a place as a bunch of realists rushed by on their way up the table.

So it’s roll on  ……. Oh, who cares, let’s just get off 50 points for heaven’s sake!

On Stanley On!!
