Outback Keeps The Faith Yet Still Draws Away

Because he was one of only 5 players to win points last night , and the 3 who did better were at best mid-table at kick-off :(.

A maxi :):):):):) for MonkeyHanger, lifting him from 26th to 20th. 4 :):):):) for Taypot, 22nd to 19th. 3 :):):) for Valairian, 16th to 10th, pushing StanleyHouse out of the elite again. StevieR got 1 :) for forecasting a 2-2 draw, but stayed where he was at 27th, and Outback Ozzy was the only one of the Top Ten to get anything with his 3-2 Stanley prediction. So his lead (still over me! :o) creeps up again, now seeing him 9 points clear.

A variety of people didn't come to the party last night , but that didn't do them any harm, as nobody else got anything anyway.

Another night when teams other than us failed to do what you might have expected them to, so we're still only just outside the playoffs ;). But we do need a nice little run, methinks, starting pdq and preferably Saturday, as we roll on to the Barton- and Mangan-free zone that now houses the Cod army. Is it worth saying pretty please at this point? I think I'll try it - pretty please! :D

On Stanley On!!
