A BIG thanks to
Chimer and D3N for all the time and effort put into running the Predictions League again this season :)
In what has been - in more ways than one - very strange and testing times, the write ups and general banter have been a more than welcome distraction :) Like Stanley in the Football League, I look forwards to many, many more :) Roll on August and FANs in the grounds!!!!!! :) :) :) |
Re: A BIG thanks to

By my count, the thread I’ll be putting on this evening will be number 495 ..... ten seasons at 46 games and COVID season’s 35 And if you look back to the early seasons, you’d not recognise the fluorescent drivel you get now! :theband::theband::theband: |
Re: A BIG thanks to
What he said .... but I think I resorted to drivel from the start :D
And any alternatives I can use instead of "drawmonger " and "fencesitter " would be gratefully received .... |
Re: A BIG thanks to

Well said, Joe.

Re: A BIG thanks to
Often I'd just 'like' Joe's post, but this is a bit different. Thanks to both D3N and Chris for running this for another year. Some weeks, but fortunately not many, it's been the only thing on here that lifts the mood. PLEASE continue doing it next season. I know Chris, but I've never yet met D3N. Maybe next season, we'll be able to meet up and shake hands and, if the location's right, buy a pint!
