David Morgan?
Just wondered what's happened to David Morgan. He never seems to appear in any of the injury updates and we could have definitely done with him in midfield last night.

Re: David Morgan?
Saw him at the Fleetwood game looks fine another odd one him and Leigh not mentioned at all in injury updates.

Re: David Morgan?
Tommy's back training with the squad.

Re: David Morgan?
Morgan had a boot on a couple of weeks ago, so cannot think it will be soon - but who knows :)

Re: David Morgan?
Hello Mr Opposition Team, just to let you know that we won't playing players X, Y or Z in our next game so don't worry about thinking about how you'd manage them during the game.
Appreciate fans wanting to know every detail but there are reasons for certain info being not in the public domain. Similar to another player who seems to have gone 'missing' in recent weeks. Morgs is out of the boot and shouldn't be too long away from regaining fitness. |

Lots of professional clubs have a full page spread in their matchday programme simply reporting on this topic. |
Re: David Morgan?
The other side to it is apart from Pritchard and Butcher who Coley has mentioned about recovery times, the others haven't really been announced as 'injured' either.
I'd hope we never would fill a full page spread in the matchday programme reporting on current injuries. |

Re: David Morgan?
Think I worded that missing bit a bit obscure!
Player isn't missing as such... not featuring but not injured... And no I don't mean Dion.... |
Re: David Morgan?
that says to me theres summat going on with some, not good at all.

Re: David Morgan?
Would that be Centre Half?

Re: David Morgan?
I can't help thinking of the character played by Christopher Biggins in Porridge when Pritchard's name comes up.

Re: David Morgan?

Re: David Morgan?
No idea. He's under contract until 2023 I understand but every chance he's having his head turned.

For me......it's a win/win either way.........he comes back fit and plays, like having a new signing of a creative player...OR....he transfers to a new club for a good fee. |

If you're good enough the move will come. Sitting in the stands does no one any good. Said with apologies in Pritchard's case if this injury has been / is serious. |
Re: David Morgan?
anyone else who will be glad when february arrives with this feeling of outs being more important than ins.
|
Re: David Morgan?
Didn't Pritchard start an U23 game a month ago and had to leave the pitch after 40 minutes. No information released at the time, but sounded like he came back too early.

Can only hope Coley is having to doing a Monty by holding back his ‘troops’ for ‘full force’ a new assault in the new year |
Re: David Morgan?
Coley's recent interviews have at times sounded like a sales pitch for Colby.

I guess he's odds on to be off in Jan.

Re: David Morgan?
Coley appears really sheepish & reluctant to even discuss Pritchard whenever his name is raised during interviews.
After being out of action for so long 'risking him being re-injured' seems a strange non-comittal response. There must be something seriously amiss if he's still not even back in training by now. |
