Matchday Posters

Can someone please test as this is an automated system ...

Choose a team from the opposition list on the front page of the official website.

In the fixtures section showing when we have played or going to play then there will appear a POSTER link.. But only if we have yet to play tham at HOME as other posters are not needed:)

I know theres only so many this season.. But as its an automated system then it will work equaly as well next season and the season after blah blah

Let me know if theres any problems please...

Re: Matchday Posters

Can you not condense it to one page?

KIPAX 12-01-2005 15:04

Re: Matchday Posters

Its supposed to be one page.. if your printer is set to A4

Would be a bit silly over multiple pages.. hence why asking for testing :)

Re: Matchday Posters

Great to see the idea finally taking shape...but unfortunately mine prints over 2 pages too!

Re: Matchday Posters

The majority print over one page. But a couple of you report over two. can the people who print over two check there settings that they are printing to A4 and fit to page..

Thank you

Re: Matchday Posters

ARRRGH I MESSED UP

Rob asked me to make the date bigger and it made lots of other text bigger as welkl... sigh.. hence the two pages...

Can everyone try again please as it should all be a BIG difference and EVERYONE should be happy this time :)

Re: Matchday Posters

Just tried it again, last time I had shrink to fit selected. Just took this tick out of the box and with printer set at A4 I get 2 sheets, the second one just has the last line on it.
Its printing at 95% to get all of it on so your not too far off with the size

KIPAX 12-01-2005 20:10

Re: Matchday Posters

Information is sent from the main page to the window. You would need to refresh the main page then click poster and all should print on one a4 page wiht no messing....

fingers crossed

Re: Matchday Posters

No, still 2 pages and i refreshed it. Only thing on 2nd page is tel no, fax no and email address if this helps

K.S.H 12-01-2005 20:30

Re: Matchday Posters

Just tried setting all my margins, headers and footers etc to see if that changed anything but it didn't. I have to set it to 95% od original size to get it to print on 1 page without selecting the "shrink to fit" option

Re: Matchday Posters

Exactly the same with me = Phone, Fax etc. printing on Page 2. Great idea BTW

Steven 13-01-2005 17:16

Re: Matchday Posters
