stanley played well i thought,they only got the 3rd when we were going all out for an equalizer, the second of theirs was a penalty just out side the box as you may guess from that the REF was usual standard,

Thought the Stanley U23s acquitted themselves very well and were the better side in the second half against a (generally) stronger and fitter Burnley XI. The score line flattered the opponents.
Predictably the ref was inconsistent (trying to be polite) but, despite him, the Reds kept going but just couldn’t get past the Green Giant in their goal.
Any chance of getting him on-loan next season? ;)
