to me that was our worst game of the season there was NO decent final ball played by both sides.

I was optimistic from the team sheet before the game but it was a really disappointing performance.
But for two desperate blocks by Savin, Stanley could easily have lost it in the second half. Notts and Sykes again did their jobs but otherwise it was decidedly below par from the other outfield players.
I’d given the MotM to the ref.
Not surprised afterwards to learn their keeper is on loan from Man Utd, he looked class.
But now we know, clean sheets don’t necessarily win matches.

I forecast a 0-0 neither team could covert infact their missed sitters were worse than ours.
