Great end to the season, at home anyways, but how the ref could see that Toby was possibly over the line by a millimetre & not see the horrific tackle on Tommy Leigh is beyond me!
Well earned & deserved 3 points in the end though - got to add that the club got it wrong after the game though when our players wanted to walk through the bar into the lounge for the awards evening & were turned back by one of our own, despite there being kids in there hoping for end of season autographs/pics - not a great move.

I thought we played really well yesterday the lincoln forwards were much quicker then our defenders, but our defending was excellent. im sure lincoln were at Wembley last season in play offs? and they have been playing well recently,i expected a draw yesterday but wasc well happy to be wrong.Toby i thought could have kicked the ball ? that to me was lack of experience?

See the thread opener for the PL, Cashy; last season Lincoln were 5th, beat Sunderland in the semis, and lost to Blackpool in the Final

The thread opener also mentioned that Ted Harper played for Blackburn back in the 1920s, as you noted
