Doug Tharme

Seen him just twice, but think he is a very promising player :)

Conducts himself well, both on and off the pitch.

Looks very assured and talks very well - very mature :)

Find it hard to believe that he was playing for Southport last season

Pity he is on loan...................

:)

Big test tomorrow for our two centre back loanees. Impressed me so far. Le's hope there's more to come.

As good an interview of any player I’ve heard in a long time. And, on the field, he’s quickly made himself an essential part of the squad. Well done to him, and to the staff for securing his services for Stanley.

Wonder if Doug will be allowed to play on Tuesday???

Not sure of the rules, or the position of the parent Club??

:)

Pretty sure he's cup tied, he didn't play in the first two rounds

I thought that was Blackpool keeping their options open??

Looking forward to when we have both Nottingham and Jay back in the side.

Think he played for Southport in one of the early qualifying rounds.

Re: Doug Tharme

It was reported on the fishy site in one of the early rounds that he was cup tied rather than the host club refusing to let him play, hence my assumption that he must have still been playing for Southport. Lazy reporting!

Starting tonight so presume Blackpool have now given permission for him to play.
