Fixtures out today!
 
First game away at Doncaster
Last game home to Chesterfield

Away at Tranmere Boxing day
Home to Grimsby New Year's day
With an away tie at Carlisle sandwiched between on Sunday 29th

Both Morecambe games are scheduled for Saturdays, at home in October & away in February

Good that they are both on Saturdays. Better for the numbers of travelling fans than if played on Tuesday nights

How are things at Morecambe, are you still under the embargo?

I haven't seen anything about being out of the embargo although the Co Chairman did seem optimistic a while back that it would be lifted. It apparently is something to do with V.A.T. and not the payment of P.A.Y.E.

I think the embargo allows us to staff up to 23 players as well as any management required. We have just appointed Danny Grainger as Assistant Manager. Also we have given a player a 2 year + 1 year option contract which hasn't happened here for a while !
