Matchday Music

I notice from the Q & A that a request has been made for the matchday music to be changed.

If anyone would like to put in requests, or make a compilation CD themselves, then I am sure that this will be OK. Please bear in mind though, that we have many elderly people who attend games, and, although I am a Blink 182 fan, this would be totally unacceptable to play over the PA system.

We try to keep the music reasonably "middle of the road", so as not to offend anyone inside the ground, or living in the adjacent houses.

Let's have some ideas.

Re: Matchday Music

Any more insipid performances like last Saturday and `Give me Novacaine` by Green Day would do. But let's have some Pistols and never mind the -------- or the neighbours!

. . . . and for the floodlit matches you could have Cilla singing "Something Tells Me Something's Gonna Happen Tonight".

Thanks, but no thanks. Keep music out of live football !

Thanks to those who have given their requests, but to the rest of you - please be more specific - ie title track and band etc. I need about 12 - 20 tracks to make a good matchday CD, and am waiting for your ideas.
