It goes without saying that whoever keeps goal in these final five matches will have a huge impact on the success or indeed failure of Stanley's season so if speculation that Crichton is no more proves correct tomorrow, best wishes to JK who is more than likely to take his place. Danny Alcock has been faultless in the cup games he has played this year but his unfortunate injury will mean he misses his big chance which is a shame.

I find it facinating that JK will step from standing with the Ultras in the away end into the biggest end-of season run-in the club as ever had but he deserves it, if only for the fact that he has never moaned or sulked over his exclusion, just got on with it like all good professionals should.

cant help thinkin some people have been abit harsh on Crichton tho on here, ok i admit he has been abit shakey, but he has made some good saves!!

also dont forget danny alcock!!

he has set patiently on the bench for most of the season and i hope he gets a chance!

i think he should definately play in the conference cup!
