Some confusion

There appears to be some confusion regarding the free coach to Hereford. Some fans thought that the whole trip was going to be free, including admission into the ground. For those who are still confused, the coach trip to be run by the Stanley Ultras is free - but you will have to pay to watch the match.

AND ANOTHER THING WHILE I'M ON

The announcement that I made prior to todays game "that no barracking was allowed from a section of supporters in the Clayton half of the main stand, and anyone found doing so would be ejected from the ground" is a long-standing joke between that section and myself. It was taken in the spirit that it was given, and was received with loud jeers and claps.

I believe this banter upset some people in the Sports Bar, who complained that this was infringement of their civil liberties etc.

I will soon be opening a clinic specialising in humour implants for those in need!!!

Good win today - 1 down, 3 to go.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend

John

What a disgrace! I was only going because I thought the coach and entrance fee were free.

This is a double disappointment, as I at first thought that a pie and £10 spending money were also included.

Dont worry John. There are always those who have two ears & one gob & use them in proportion. They dont need a humour transplant cos they couldnt stand the length of time required under anesthetic!
Thanks for the quirk back at Rob too, his humour glands were somewhat lacking when I asked him at half time why he didnt turn up to lead the drumming??? Thought he would look good in a leapoard skin & pipers around him too!
