A vot e for Steve Jagielka

Todays NLP has a list of the 3 top goals seen on Sky TV for goal of the season.
The first is a header Alex Meechan Halifax v York game.
the second is a right foot strike by Nick Bailey in the Barnet v D & R match
and finally our very own Steve Jakielka's strike in the away game at the Shay.

Votes can be by text to 80088 texting A,B or C or by e-mail to [email protected]

Get voting for Steve. Remember these are the goals seen on Sky TV not what you may think is the best goal that has been scored by any of our players.

Re: A vot e for Steve Jagielka

Quite a lot in the centre pages: player of the year, manager of the year etc etc etc
loads to vote for, just two votes for Sky though - goal of the season and national strike force??

BTW for those that didn't see them, the first goal was a well made headed goal from about 5 yards out. The second goal was a decent strike from just outside the box and IMHO is the most likely to challenge Steve's goal, Steves goal was an instinctive strike from the right hand edge of penalty area (one touch and into back of net).

There is also a section for a vote on Club website of the year, maybe we should all vote for this one as well

Kipax, of course the official site is worthy of a vote, and that is precisely what I meant as this site is not a club site but a chat site for voicing opinions. The fishy site will of course get my vote. for those who have tried to text, this was the number given on sky. The e-mail address is defo correct, coz I have had a reply registering my vote.
