Did any one spot the "ACCYRED" flag behind goals at Newcy/Manu FA cup semi Final?

Who was responsible for it? Ultras? or someone else?

Suprise suprise! There are quite a lot of us other REDS support Accy too along with a few of the first team. It is easier to get tickets for Stanley that at OT, plus we are supporting another local northern side. Not aware the Ultras were planning anything bu good on em anyway.

Yes, as other posters suggest , I'm sure that it's Accrington-based Man U fans. . . and good luck to them , as long as Stanley is their second team and they come here when they're able.

It can be confusing , can't it , as we have " . . . Red" supporters thoughout the land.

On this forum we occasionally hear from "Gloster [Gloucester] Red" and from "Rossendale Red" ; in fact , until Stanley got promoted to the Conference I was a regular poster on the forums as "HalifaxRed" . I considered it politic to change my title once we were in the same division as Halifax Town !

Obviously , red is the colour to arouse football passion.

i did not see it but my friend at college did and they said they had a stanley scarf as well!!!

there were a few such flags,they are there at most games.Being an Accy red myself i know some of these people(not all).Keep eyes open they are also there in euro games and yes I do have a BIG soft spot for stanley and go when I can.

There's also an "Accy Red" flag at Anfield, it's mine, for next season I'm going to change it to "LFC Accrington Red", look out for it mancs when we visit Old Trafford.
