Actually Len, it's the work of my eldest son. He lives over there in Tarleton nr. Southport.
I wouldn't have a clue where to start. It's just that I was the drummer in the group and my son knows all the other guys who played in it so he offered to construct it for us.

Why did you leave Baxenden?

Southport use to be real nice...but I've been told that it's gone to the dogs now!

I was only ten years old when we left Baxenden to go to live in Southport. So I didn't really have an option, my parents considered me too young to branch out on my own! The reason we moved was that my father, who was a foreman at Broad Oak, bought a hardware shop in Southport and went into business for himself.

You're right, Southport is a lovely town but has been taken over by the yob culture making it unsafe to walk along Lord Street after dark. How very, very sad!

Yes I have visited your site and very good it is too. I haven't got through all of it yet but was particularly startled by the male Britney. That's frightening.
