We have two cats Pasha...a black cat with a white dickie bow front and white socks and Lad...the cat with no name(because hubby still calls him a stray despite the fact that we have been feeding him and sheltering him for something like 5 years).

Margaret - my post 27 on this thread is for you!!

Yep she is happier when no one is around but she is moody. Scratched my face this morning then come back an hour later licking my face. An apology I think

Oh, that would just suit me right down to the ground.(my husband would be livid :))

When I retired from my job, the NHS trust wanted me to choose a gift to the value of £100. I asked them if I could have the money instead as I wanted it to go to the cat rescue centre run by a Blackburn lady.
My husband thought I was nuts...so did my manager...but the cheque was sent off to help out with care for the cats.
Told you I could be an eccentric cat lady

Sadly lady died a day after my mother who went on mother's day this year.

Milly went away(one could say a holiday in Blackpool) to my niece's for a few months but now the dust of my mother's passing is settling down( hardly but hey we are trying ) dad has decided Milly should come home...

Here she is

Rob, I am sure she willbe glad to come home and it will be good for you and your dad too.
I don't know what it is about animals but they have the power to know how you are feeling.

We lost Pasha in February after having her for 19 years.
I said I would not have another pet...but one week later saw me taking two ginger kittens from a lady in Yorkshire.
Ruby and Rufus.

see them both on the above link.
And this was Rufus yesterday....sleeping in the best place in the house...the bottom of our bed.

Not really a Moggie person, but I'd not have any problem fussing her.
