Riddle of `missing`gallons of pool water
Police were today investigating the disappearance of thousands of gallons of water from two Blackpool pools.
The water was drained from the pools at Moor park swimming baths in bispham.over the weekend, but the circumstances are a mystery to the authorities.
An automatic alarm inside the building was triggered just before 1am yesterday with security staff and police sent to investigate.
no sign of a break in or vandilismcould be found from the outside of the premises so the area was secured until this morning.
When staff arrived for work they discovered the empty pools.
Apolice spokesman said an investigation had been launched with forensic experts combing the area for clues.
the pool remains closed all week.
ummm something fishy going on there police still looking for wet patches

Re: someone has nicked our water
You got any idea how long it would take to empty, and how many tankers?
I bet the pools cracked or the drain valves have been opened on purpose.
That or aliens took it.

Re: someone has nicked our water
Well theres no floods down south hence they come to nick the water from the pool to fill their southern pools up saves a job with it being pre chlorinated
