Was tempted to answer, but that is a real thread wander, perhaps you should ask the question again in it's own thread?

The reporter sent me a pm also. I passed his details to a friend of the family. It's front page of the Telegraph today. Going to try the national press next.
392 & rising. Thanks everybody.

Re: Anthony Entwistle of Ossie, murderer
Do petitions of this kind actually make any difference?

Re: Anthony Entwistle of Ossie, murderer
Mr Straw can speak out at his parole hearing on behalf of the family and other people so he has to know how people are felling about this , also if I can get enough signatures with it being a government petition it will be looked at in the house of commons but I dont think we would get that many , the more publicity we can get for the petition the more likely we are to gain from it , this man was given life when it meant life he isnt even a first time offender hes a repeat offender who will probably offend again going on his past history .
