Accy fans in West Brum...

Coming back from Dudley to Birmingham City centre today and saw a group of Accy fans stood at Smethick Road (or something similar).

All looked happy and jolly, much like I felt after reading we'd...

Re: conference play-offs

But then yours isn't exactly Nou Camp is it! (with the shed...

Red face Re: Still TOP of the League and 'aving a larf

From what I understand, some Halifax fans were let in by stewards through an exit paying cash in hand. This could explain the attendance. Thoroughly enjoyed the game today (as did my throat). Would...

Re: Still TOP of the League and 'aving a larf

Ah. Maybe it was us stopping you playing well :)

If a team closes down effectively (which I thought we did before we conceded) then it makes for difficult playing. But likewise, I htought we...

Re: Predictions for Shaymen home game..

The time shall cometh.

I hope we will win it. To be more specific I hope it stays 0 - 0 till the very end, beofre Rory wins a penalty by blatently diving, before slotting it away infront of the...

Re: Will your ground handle the away crowd Monday?

Agreed! I still think he is a prat and should not be playing for Town. He was very average versus Accy apart from his cross and we have faster players that can fill his position.

P.S. In reply...

Yeah.. If everyone from Halifax had family in the toilet roll trade like yourselves, then I'm sure you would see just as much bog roll from our end! :D

Re: Will your ground handle the away crowd Monday?

We'll see where you stand in a few weeks time. You've just had a good few easy fixtures and then a top 5 opposition comes along and you manage to nick a point. Good luck!

You should know about ghost towns coming from Accrington and all that :)

On the train coming in from Yorkshire, all the houses are boarded up and look like death city! :)

Hopefully we will be in store for a treat of a game on Monday 2nd. We were unlucky to lose yesterday, but hopefully we can come to the IES and win.

I reckon we will bring a fair few stands, enough...

Re: halifax away

Exactly what I thought. I came out of that game having seen a great match. It was gutsy with lots of action at the goalmouths due to numerous breaks I thought.

Stats are here:

Re: halifax away

Hearing that, I remember another save he made. It was kind of 1 on 1 and your striker hit it towards the bottom left. It was going to just go in it seemed, but our keeper just nicked it with his foot...
