I am trying to find a recipe for the type of pastry that you get Hollands / Oddies potato pies.

Does anyone know of the recipe?

I can make standard shortcrust pastry but not the softer pastry...

I've looked through the censuses for 1841 to 1901. The Bull Inn was known as the Black Bull Inn by 1901. It was situated near to the junction of Haslingden Old Road (A677) and Cobbs lane. Cocker...

Rushton House
Hole Bottom
Clough
Cockerly

Does anyone know if the Bull Inn, Cocker Brook, Oswaldtwistle still exists?

It was there in 1841 and an ancestor of mine was the innkeeper.
