I am on Twin Valleys waiting list, they basically told us not to hold our breath, Calico in Burnley said the same.

Im sure its not as bad as it looks on there, according to the people in the local area there is never any trouble down there, but if we dont like it we can always look for something else, as it will...

Me and my family are thinking of moving from Cumbria down to Accrington and dont know the areas very well, I only know Clayton, Huncoat and Great Harwood, can anyone tell me what are the best areas...
