R.I.P. We should add him to the Accrington Hall of Fame. I don't think there is a person in Accrington who doesn't know him. Made so many people happy to see their photos in his shop side window.

I hope the government will look seriously at todays Ofsted report and ask themselves why over half the schools in the UK are classed only as SATISFACTORY.

My Grandmother used to live on Grafton Ave (Baxendan) early 60's and you could walk from there through the woods...

We do have better amenities but are we safe to go outside without being mugged or park our car without it being stollen (by 14 and 15 year olds) who then go on to kill poor...
