At last! That section of the building was added at a later date and was part of an intended extension to the Peel Institute. If you look around the corner you can see the ragged ends of the stone...

Deary me. Would it help if I told you that the Peel Insitute, as the Town Hall was formerly called, was first opened in 1858, (on 24th December)?

The thing about wild guess's Vorlon, is that they are usual wrong. This one does not buck that trend.

I rather think that you could all benefit by standing back a bit and taking in the larger...

I love the language of heraldry, all those feilds and Chiefs and bends sinister etc. Thanks for that Bazf. Of course it doesn't get you any nearer, sorry!
