Maybe she would have done if the school had been a little more sensible in how they dealt with it rather than keeping the lad in isolation and then excluding him for a day as if he had some dreaded...

Actually the choice is up to them. If they personally felt that it didn't qualify as alcohol then considering it is legally a non-alcoholic drink I would leave it up to them. I don't know that it...

And how do you define an alcoholic drink? The law clearly defines this as a non-alcoholic drink otherwise it would only be on sale to those over 18.

From reading the story I don't believe the mother has a problem at all with the school rules at all. I do not believe she set out to flaunt the rules. She didn't send her son to school with a bottle...
