I tried Co-op Tomato and Mediterranean Herb Cous Cous (packet) and it's lovely. It's quick to cook, you cook in melted butter for a minute then pour on boiling water and simmer for about 5 minutes. ...

I like it and it's easy to cook. You just cover it with boiling water and a little salt, simmer it for 10 minutes (or as long as the instructions on the packet say - there are different "strengths"...
