The way you have gone about things, on a forum that is usually a fairly hostile environment, for the councillor you presumably refer to, if has succeeded in uniting...

If rules aren't being broken, I see no problem.

If childcare allowances weren't available, it would limit who was able to become a councillor.

As the councillor, to whom I suspect you refer, is a single parent, good luck to them.
