You say in your post on the Laneside thread that the land was bought by William Nutter around 1900 and here you say a William Nutter died in 1990. Are they one and the same?

I was at school with his daughter Katherine, High School 1957-64. They lived on Blackburn Road. I remember her saying he was a ship's captain but I had no idea of his experiences. H must have been...
