I have never heard it called that since she did, but it was a use of that word.

I loathe using the keyboard. Having 4 semi-numb fingers is a real nuisance.

Antimacasser - not sure of right spelling.
Macasser was a type of hair oil - the 'anti' bit related to keeping it off the upholstery

PS just had a quick google - spelling almost right...
