Anyone else taking part in the Great Manchester Run, (10k), on Sunday? If so what time are you hoping to run it in? I'm running it for a charity set up by some of my colleagues at work and I'm hoping for an hour or less.

I have to block users from accessing sites like facebook / youtube at work. As a work around to this or any other sites you can use a proxying site to by-pass restrictions, e.g: Proxy Site, Myspace Proxy, Proxy, Facebook Proxy, Proxies..... ...and yes - I also block them aswell. Mwhahaha...

I worked for someone once who's advice was "BullS### Baffles Brains", a saying he picked up in the army I think..... Now that I'm working in the IT world of acronyms it's saved me on more than one occasion. The advice I gave to my daughter the other day though was "dont eat yellow snow"...

if you need a quick fix... A shop called Shuropody opened in Ossy Mills not too long ago which I visited a couple of times. The shop bit is now closed but the Chiropodist has gone self employed and rents a room there. I think you can get in contact with her from the main desk at Ossy Mills...

Thanks for the reminder. Got to MOT my car in Jan and get it serviced which will probably cost 200 ish all together. Still, we had a good Christmas and New Year and didnt spend as much as in previous years, (i think).
