Allardyce has spent a lot of money at Newcastle and the majority of that team are his signings. While I agree that there are too many managers losing their jobs too easily, I can see the thinking behind this latest sacking.

Here's the team (or as much as I can remember) Fearon Edwards Branch Webb Procter Brown McEvilly Whalley McGiven Todd Can't remember any more. Surprised to see Evil in that line-up.
