Thanks Jen for reminding me about the documentary on the Older Mothers.
I had a bit of a hectic week last week, a few early mornings....Nicola is back at Uni......and this means I have to be over the road early.
i thought that I might fall asleep watching this documentary as I was going to watch it on the bedroom TV.......himself wouldn't watch the program...deeming it to be 'crap'.
Me, well, I only really wanted to check out whether this woman looked like she had bad botox, or plastic surgery, or both.
That might sound a bit shallow, catty, whatever.....but I was curious to see if she looked her age......and in my opinion, she did.
She didn't look anywhere near as good as in the second newspaper photograph.....and that jewel in her nose....ridiculous.
I have to say that I stand by my original judgement of this woman......she is selfish.
All that business about having to look after elderly parents....many women do that and bring up a family too. No my dear, you should accept that you have one child, and you really should not have had that one, as nature decreed you had missed the boat.
I saw nothing which made me think that pensioners make good mothers!
