Nah not fer many years, dont even remember em selling those around pubs? I used to sell cockles,mussels,shrimps @ prawns around the boozers in 60s, but never black peas, only remember them on the fairground.

Are black peas the ones that taste like lamp oil if you don't put vinegar in them? I remember black peas used to be a fav. bonfire nite food.
