Well I think I can officially say that the change in the season has definately got to me..... well that and a few other things...

I finally went to the doctor again about my back and she decided to put me on a high dosage of anti inflammatory tablets for next 2/3 weeks. As I don't like taking pills it is hard going, also am finding they are pretty much knocking me out or.... again is that just the season change???

If a week after finishing taking the tablets I am still in pain then she will refer me to the skeletal/muscular thingiebobbie people and see if they can get to the bottom of why I am still suffering!!!

If I stand still for any length of time I end up in agony so it can look quite funny when I suddenly bend over!!! In fact that is what happened today at work and it started a whole discussion of me reminding them of a childhood nodding bird!!! Don't ask me exactly what they were talking about cos no-one could actually say but everyone knew somehow what we were talking about!! Hang on does any of that actually make sense.........???

See definately the change of season... I will trundle off now and reflect on what I should be shedding or changing at this time of year also!

I'be booked two tickets for us to migrate to sunnier climes until the spring.

I remember the bird on spring thing!! I sympatheise with you 100% I can't stand still for to long either. Have you tried osteopathy?
It worked for me last time, not acompleted cure but did get a lot of relief.
We will have to swap notes at the next meet!!
