Well after writing in my last journal that I was in a sleepy mood, I did in fact retire to bed early in the hope I would drift off into the restfull arms of sleep and dream beautiful dreams.
But unfortunately that did not happen. Nope, I was still awake at about 4am this morning. By this time I had layed in every position I could get into, at least three times over and had taken several trips to the loo.
I did finally drift off just after 4am and woke up at about 7am. So 3 hours sleep wasn't that bad, though of course I would have preferred more.
Anyway today they announced that the General Election is going to be taking place on May 5th. Come on Labour is all I say.
No disrespect to anyone who votes Conservative but they are a sly bunch, not to be trusted. If they get in then this country truly has gone mad.
So Vote Labour !
