Oh what a rough couple of days I have had. High temperature, headache, aching bones (in places that I didn't know there were bones) and cough.....let me tell you I have achieved the Olympic standard in coughing.....world record.....beat all comers!
I know I have been poorly but trying to convince the other half has taken some doing.....this morning though I woke up with evidence.....a nose like a blind cobblers thumb....full of coldsores....inside and out.
So, if you see a woman in Accrington this weekend with a brown paper bag on her head, loaded down with Christmas presents.....it will be me...cos even though I am still feeling rough as rope someone needs to do the Christmas shopping......and I guess that will be me.......aaaaaah.
