Off to Zante for a week tomorrow, as usual I have not yet packed anything or even dug my case out of it's hiding place at the bottom of the wardrobe. I've been a bit busy you see.
Yesterday was packed out with things to do... I went for the obligatory pre-hols leg and bikini wax, then I had to go to Asda. After working for 7 nights I had no food left in the fridge and I was down to my last drop of milk. I then had to go over to Blackburn for my bridesmaid dress fitting. The dress did fit but there is a problem in the underwear department. Visible Panty Line!!!!!!!! What horror... There is no way that I will wear a thong all day. Thongs can look good under clothes, no VPL but.... they are damned uncomfortable and to wear one all day is my idea of hell. I would be permanently trying to retrieve it from riding up my bum, which I'm sure would look fab on the photos.
Therefore, I am off to town today in search of some knee length knickers. Call me old fashioned but I prefer comfort over style. I will go for nice tight fitting ones, not bloomers.... My old neighbour used to wear bloomers and they used to block out the sun when she hung them on the washing line. Anyhow, I'm off to get dressed, start packing and begin my quest for polo necked, sorry.......knee length knickers. I'm sure that M&S will have some. Failing that, I'll have to borrow a pair of Sparky's Calvin Kleins......Oooooer.
