Isnt it getting dark at night earlier and earlier... have to put the light on earlier and earlier ... its coming into winter!!!!
What have i been up to .. well its been my big sisters birthday and we went up to the duke of welly on Wednesday night. There was 9 of us all together. My brother couldnt go - he had to go to school his daughters off on a school trip in a couple of weeks to italy and they had a meeting at school to tell the parents what the kids would be doing and what they could take etc .. Hope she dont get in trouble like we all did when i went to holland with the school .. being caught outside a pub at 8am in the morning when we should have been having breakfast in the hostel or the coach driver dropping a load of 14/15 year olds in the red light district in amsterdam ... well the least said about that the better
Id rang my sister on tuesday night to check that someone would be in after id finished work. Took everything to work all neatly ironed .. by the time i got to my sisters at 4pm it was all creased to b*ggery ... She'd asked me to try and sort the computer out .. it had slowed right down and popups were appearing .. anyway ran disc clean up .. 1.83mb of stuff disappeared when i did that. Downloaded adaware .. ran that and it took absolutely ages to do a full scan ..that found 360 cookies .. they were cleaned out. Then we went up to the duke of welly .. Its a carvery for those that dont know .. and its worth it for the brass. Anyway we were all laughing and talking about christmas and what we are all doing. Then talking about all the films on at christmas we used to watch .. and what was the best one .. Wonderful Life came out tops ..
What else have i been doing .. went down to the railway and took david a pressie to make up for bouncing him a bit too hard on the decking ... something everyone will remember when you were a kid .. licorice roots ... remember the twigs you used to chew on and lasted ages .. Been to the dentist and got the ok to not go back for 6 months which im grateful for .. i hate the dentist.
Ive been reading westenders blogs about the new arrival .. and it brought back memories of our cats. I'll do another episode about them .. thing is one of em had a totally unpc name .. black as the ace of spades was that cat .. plus as westender has a cat that visits her ... so do i . he has done ever since he was a kitten and mum loved him .. she used to tell me to make sure i always had chicken and ham in for a treat for him .. and he used to have dishes in the kitchen for him .. one for his treats and one for milk. Then he'd come in and curl up in front of the fire or on the settee and he'd keep mum company for a while. He's called Thomas .. and hes grey and white. He's my neighbours cat and treats this as his second home. If he sees my brother though he legs it home .. and he was a bit wary of spugs at first .. now he has him wrapped round his little paw!!!! He's getting an old man now though .. he's 11 years old at christmas and he has a guest cat sometimes .. which is only 5 months old .. and is very very playful .. so he comes over here to get away from him!!!!
