Well, (he gasped), you want to employ someone but can't be assed to find the best way of finding an employee, if you are lazy why should anyone want to work for you? Do your own ****, why should we help you?
Tracking in what way?
Do you provide them with works phones?
Do they accept being tracked or are you trying to do this secretly?
Is this for company vehicles?

A long rope is generally good for in the office, tie one end to a table the other to their leg and when you want to track them just follow the rope.
The downside of this is that the rope sometimes gets tangled
And by the time you have responded to these questions you could have done some research by asking MrGoogle yourself.
