I have been reading some of the stuff being spouted by the Ginger whinger.
You know who I mean...the manchild that fled his family to take up residence in the USA.
He is in a documentary on Apple TV....called ‘The Me you can’t see’
It appears that he has been doing a lot of navel gazing....a bit of self indulgent reflection....though of course he sees it as therapy.
In the course of his looking back over his childhood...he sees himself as having been cruelly treated by his father....but he says that this is because his father was treated badly by the Queen and Prince Philip.
He sees himself as having been deprived.
Do you buy all this hogwash?
I don’t.
He had a roof over his head.
He had servants to pander to his every whim...he had food in his belly, clothes on his back.
His parents were respectable people...not a crack addict and a prostitute.
He had no worries about how the electric bill were going to be paid...he did not have to worry about whether to pay the coalman or pay the rent.
He did not have to wear the cast off clothes of another child...or rely on jumble sale shoes that were padded with paper because they were too big.
He did not have to run to the co-op for a loaf and a bag of sugar.
In short he lead a very cosseted life.
OK...OK....his parents divorced so he would I am sure have been affected by this....and of course the death of his mother too....but come on lad....how old are you now?
36.
The things that happened to each of us growing up, are the things that shaped us.
Made us who we are.
I think most of us look back on how our parents did the job of parenting and made mental notes to avoid some of the pitfalls that they fell into.
He and William grew up in the same parental environment...yet William appears to have been rounded by his experiences....the Whinger just seems to be full of corrosive resentment.
Wouldn’t it be good if we could transport this moaning Minnie into a really deprived background.
So that he can compare his upbringing with that of a really impoverished child.
Harry, I used to like you.
You seemed like a down to earth chap...in the pattern of your mother.
It seems you have inherited her mental inadequacy without any of her charm or attractiveness.
It is time you called a day on those titles you rely on....since you hate where they came from so much.
