I lay in bed reading from six until just now. Sleep didn't come, making me the usual shaking stiff mess it usually does. I'm not fit to go to the Christmas do at the Stag, and I feel like crying. It was my only night out planned over Christmas. I must have been a real bad un in a past life if you believe in Buddhism.
