Click on the word Karma in peoples' posts (next to their pet, in a lot of cases).
You can then add it or take it away, and give a comment as to the reasons why you are adding or removing. You need a minimum of 100 posts to do this, so you are ok there (that is for the benefit of those that haven't got there yet!)

its easy.... just clik on my karma then put it on good then leave a comment then clik ok and its done. try it
