Click on the word Karma in peoples' posts (next to their pet, in a lot of cases).

You can then add it or take it away, and give a comment as to the reasons why you are adding or removing.

You need a minimum of 100 posts to do this, so you are ok there (that is for the benefit of those that haven't got there yet!)
