Re: Ban on Photos in Public

the general aim of this 'possible' legislation is to stop teh papparazzi type from invading privacy.

I find it strange to think that taking pictures outside will be illegal when probably 75% of the population are walking round with camera phones taking pictures left right and central. Then you get situations like car accidents. One of the best things you can do is take photos to prove the positioning of cars.

sounds like legislation that would be ignored as the Police would not be able to keep up with all the paperwork involved

So does this mean that all the purveyors of CCTV will also be breaking the law.

This government is so far up it's own backside that it is in need of a Davey Lamp and a canary!

Re: Ban on Photos in Public

I suppose the one saving grace is that we won't have to see pictures of smug MP's kissing babies all over the papers every general election
