Grey bins
Around the borough new grey bins have appeared. Some are single and some are treble. There is one on King St appears to have been dumped on the pavement.Great when you are pushing a wheelchair. There is already enough stuff on the pavements.
I thought permission was needed before dumping on the pavement. What are they, a new Dr.Who theme. |
